• Support during early labor and arrival before heading to your birthing location
  
• Physical comfort measures and pain management through movement and positioning
  
• Breathing coaching and emotional encouragement throughout labor
  
• Clear, calm communication to support informed decisions during medical situations
  
• Continuous support for your birth partner so they feel empowered and confident
  
• Immediate postpartum care for up to two hours following birth
  

Postpartum Visit

• One in-home postpartum visit to check in on your recovery, provide newborn care tips, and connect you with resources as needed
  

Abundant Joy Doula Services is based in the Stone Oak neighborhood of North San Antonio, just minutes from North Central Baptist Hospital and convenient to other major birthing facilities.
